This book is considered as an analytic study of the khulaa law. It explains the extent to which this law has raised an intense debate inside different environments and its legislation reasons and what seeks to achieve.

The study is divided into several aspects as the book mentioned:
- The first aspect: On the media field whereas the study has analyzed what the Egyptian newspapers have covered concerning the khulaa law and different trends.

- The second aspect: The social aspect and that’s through analyzing the Egyptian People's Assembly members during the discussion sessions of the khulaa article and the clarification of the extent to which the society culture affect these discussions' progress.

- The third aspect: Make a critical legal and applied study for the khulaa (the experience for the previous 2 years).

- The study presents the statistics for a number of governorates and in specific for six governorates ( Cairo - Giza - Al Fayyum - Suhaj - Alexandria - Qina ) with the aim of achieving a clear picture  for what has been up to after two years on  the khulaa articles have been applied with regard to women interest to use their rights in Khulaa and the clarification of the woman attitude in which the laws were enacted for her justice and whether the situation changed after the legislation has passed and whether there was an increase in the lawsuits for divorce request.
